β β β β β The young lady staff at the counter was energetic, helpful, friendly and worked efficiently. The package safely arrived as scheduled in Kloten, Switzerland. Thw tracking system itself was worked well. I am highly recommending this particular DHL point. Thank you very much.

β β β β β Tried to send a box overseas, only to receive it back at my place days later (after full payment, of course). No information on why it was not send to the destination. When trying to call, I always get redirected to someone who has no idea what is going on. All they tell me is that the package could not be delivered. Then they promise to call in a few minutes, but never do. Last option is to get a refund. Terrible service overall, strongly recommend against it. Look at the answer below! It's unbelievable, I have received no information on what went wrong or how to proceed! How about refunding the money then?

β β β β β I could not have asked for a better experience shipping things home to America. Impeccable service and friendly staff. Only one small item broke and it was fixable, but otherwise my hundreds of pounds of ceramics were shipped home safe and sound and in a timely matter. Everything was wrapped well. No issues with customs. Thank you so much!
