I send a box home every year ( sometimes two) and the service and prices are fair and expedient! I would never go elsewhere again ! !! I have received quotes from different shipping places, also another Mailboxes and they were much higher. Shipping costs have become expensive everywhere, but the prices here are the most honest and reasonable you will find!!! Seriously!

The gal who helped me was, indeed, super friendly and helpful, explaining all of the details, like the fact that Iit would be complicated to ship a single bottle of olive oil due to FDA rules (I decided to put it in my checked bag instead). I was amazed at what a positive attitude she had with everyone in the shop: customers, coworkers, a delivery person. If we all did our jobs with that kind of flair, our work days would be like a picnic! Bravissima!!!

We cannot say enough good things about their outstanding services, along with their friendly and professional attitude. Over the years I have observed their interactions with other customers; they are always friendly, cordial, and honest about their services and costs, providing the highest standards and procedures to assure shipments are handled safely and efficiently. I don't believe there are any other mail, package, and shipping services in Florence that are better than Centro MBE 0212. They are simply the best!

They are articulate, professional, and they also speak English, which is invaluable when sending important items overseas. Everything arrived perfectly protected in bubble wrap. They also practice safety precautions for Covid, which means a lot when being in such a small space several times over the span of three weeks.

I reached out to MBE, asking if they could help me, and they responded instantly. MBE made my life much easier during these months. Their English is fantastic, they are SO friendly and helpful, and I actually looked forward to picking up packages so that I could see them. When I had to leave Florence because of the pandemic, I asked if they could help ship all my belongings back to the USA, and they did an incredible job. They coordinated a pickup of my stuff, everything was packed securely for shipment, and I received all my boxes perfectly in tact only two weeks later. THANK YOU! The staff is always polite and welcoming. Linda is always extremely helpful, explains details clearly, consistently gives good advice and finds the best solution. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to your shipment needs. She makes it easy and her friendly demeanor makes it a pleasure to deal with...especially during these trying times. It's nice to know there are nice people in the world and she is one of them.
