★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their price made me speechless, super expensive. Made 2 A3 sticker paper and 1 normal A2 copy cost 22 euro, is it usual? Also, staffs were really slow. Head to other copisteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived an hour after opening, and with only one person in line ahead of me (and two 'open' counters) it took over 30 minutes to print out 2 sheets of paper, b+w, from a pdf. Very disorganized place. Use if desperate (as I was), but my experience there was pretty terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best printer (with also a fine art section close by) that you could find in the center of Florence. The staff is skilled, the machines are great, the service is good.
They also offer self service normal printing and self service kodak photograph printing.
It is often crowded and waiting can be long.
