β β β β β Sono arrivata per una semplice stampa di un file con 6 pagine. Mi fanno scendere poi risalire senza motivo. Condivido il mio Google drive e il signore non riesce a stampare in semplice A4 mentre risponde a telefono e fa stampe per altre persone. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa mi dice che non riesce e che lo vuole in PDF. Gli faccio notare che dal drive puΓ² farlo ma mi dice no, di ritornare. Sono andata via senza stampa. Non ho mai visto tanta inefficienza e maleducazione.
 I came for a simple print of a file with 6 pages. They make me get out then go up again for no reason. I share my Google drive and the gentleman can't print plain A4 while answering phone and making prints for other people. After 10 minutes of waiting he tells me that he can't and that he wants it in PDF. I point out that from the drive he can do it but he tells me no, to come back. I left without printing. I have never seen such inefficiency and rudeness.

β β β β β I needed a DIN-A4 print that was done in black and white, on eco-paper. Worked just fine, had to send it to an email address and was printed in no time. Staff spoke English and I was serviced quickly. Print quality isnβt great, itβs slightly off center and the coloring is flawed. Also, it cost me 60 cents. For a black and white print. One. That usually goes for like 6 cents. So just be aware of that.
