★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed about the service !!! Been there to have a breakfast, the oldest waitress were complaining, mocking and rude to me, it was disgraceful!
I ordered a menu, told me to wait 10 min, and have forgotten me, served me a part of the menu and forgotten me again...
I ask again to get my orange juice which were a simple juice as you can buy in a supermarket and not a fresh orange juice as they pretend to serve... and that still keeping rude to me...
The behaviour of the waitress was unrespectful at all !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there in April 2019 with my wife. The prices were very good, the food was delicious and the staff super friendly. We ate there every morning during our 4 days stay near by as it became our favorite place in Firenze to eat. Highly recommend it.
