★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The elevator didn't work but the hotel employee carried our bag up 6 flights of stairs. Amazing customer service. They helped me check in with Alitalia and make a reservation at a popular restaurant. Breakfast is great. Love the eggs to order in the morning. Centrally located and very close to all the main attractions. The only thing was the washrooms are a little small but no big deal! Would definitely recommend!

This place has clean modern rooms and offers a wide range of options for breakfast including vegan and gluten free. It takes 2 minutes to get anywhere in the centre. Nice friendly service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, spacious rooms, great service, everyone kind and friendly. No fault to the hotel, due to the of the building, the wireless network difficult to get internet in the guestrooms. However, great network access in the lobby. The lobby was quite small. Excellent location easy to walk to sites, restaurants, to the river, shopping, and train station. Greatest Gelato is in Florence. 4 stars for network access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Room good size and clean, but not furnished very well - basically bed, desk, tv and 2 plastic chairs! Fair bit of outside noise, especially at night. Breakfast good, including more western options of eggs and bacon, not just continental. Very small lift, so we had to go up to our rooms one by one with our suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently staying here for 3 nights. My husband and I are from Australia. The room Is a very good size, bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is great about 7-8 min walk from train station. There is a pam’s about 2-3 min walk so you can get groceries if needed and a small fridge so you can store stuff. Everything is very very close to walk to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff are very friendly. We arrived early so they stored our bags and then took them to the room when it was ready. Very happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice spot. There are some stairs to negotiate and views are limited but that seems to generally be the case around here. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly varied and included eggs made to order. Proximity to sites of interest was pretty favorable. We would definitely consider staying again.
