A wonderful apartment with a fantastic view. Everything was adequately equipped, very friendly service, everything was clean. We were completely satisfied.

L'appartement est très confortable et la terrasse magnifique. A recommander vivement, une des plus beaux appartement que j'ai jamais vu !
Exceptional stay! The team is very friendly, we see that they want to please the customers (they offered me the upgrade). The view is the most beautiful view of Florence. The apartment is very comfortable and the terrace beautiful. Highly recommend, one of the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen!

L'aggiunta di accessori per la cucina e per cucinare, i prodotti per il benessere e alcuni piccoli accorgimenti (ad esempio un piccolo kit del cucito) rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e ti fa sentire come a casa.
Il letto è molto comodo, la doccia con la cromoterapia è molto rilassante.
Il terrazzino offre una vista mozzafiato e un angolo di assoluto relax.
La posizione è ottima, centralissima e vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse.
The apartment inside is very clean and spacious.
The addition of kitchen and cooking accessories, wellness products and some small tricks (for example a small sewing kit) make your stay even more pleasant and makes you feel at home.
The bed is very comfortable, the chromotherapy shower is very relaxing.
The terrace offers a breathtaking view and a corner of absolute relaxation.
The location is excellent, very central and close to all places of interest.

We received a message on the evening before our stay (booked weeks in advance) that the accommodation would not be available without any further explanation given, after which they did not respond to neither messages nor phone calls. Completely unacceptable and left us in a bad situation without taking any responsibility or even showing basic curtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing apartment and service. They tried their best to contact us before we arrived but it hit spam and my cell number had changed since we booked. Host arrived 10 minutes after we called and got us setup. Location can't be beat in florence.
I would recommend avoiding the restaurants in the square in front of the apartment. They are setup for tourists; overpriced, slow service and food is poor quality. Walk a few blocks in any directions to find food that can't be beat.
