โ โ โ โ โ Sono stata in vacanza a Firenze e ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in uno degli appartamenti di Design Apartments Florence .
Appena arrivati la propietaria ci ha gentilmente accolto .
L'appartamento era estremamente accogliente ,pulito e attrezzato di ogni cosa.Inoltre la propietaria ci ha fatto trovare all'interno dell'appartamento il necessario per una prima colazione e una bottiglia di vino.
Firenze ci รจ proprio rimasta nel cuore e sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.
 I was on vacation in Florence and I was lucky enough to stay in one of the apartments of Design Apartments Florence.
Upon arrival the owner 'graciously welcomed us.
The apartment was extremely welcoming, clean and equipped with everything. Moreover the owner made us find in the apartment the necessary for a breakfast and a bottle of wine.
Florence has really remained in our hearts and we will certainly return to this apartment.

From its entrance to your room, it is like prison doors and secret numbers, and the elevator will be an old-fashioned detail.

โ โ โ โ โ Big dissatisfaction about the way they handled our arrival. Design apartment took initiative to cancel our booking and hold our
luggages that we need to leverage local resources to get back the luggages and changed to another apartment in the midnight. The Next day they still applied the apartment fee from my credit card without notice.

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice apartment, loved how organised and supportive the host was and the satellite sky channels were an added bonus. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks and all in all good location. Didn't take a liking to the small elevator and dark stairway but small price to pay.

โ โ โ โ โ Ambra and Lorenzo, the owners were very kind and accommodating. Chiara was also very helpful. The apartment was equipped with all you need from cooking to washing. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the center.
