★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst place and worst hotel staff I have ever seen. This hotel is a big disappointment. The staff is unfriendly and the rooms don't have anything and the kitchen is small and not useful. Even No tea or coffee bag. Only one towel for shower and face. The reception is in another building and to do anything. Internet. Adaptor. Check in. You need to go to the other building. The outlet doesn't match the charger which is given by the staff. Nobody remind you that your room is big outlet hole or small hole. You have to change it by yourself going to another building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with the positives: the room was nice and big, and the location was very good, being right on Piazza dela Repubblica. There are quite a few downfalls, though. In the summer, the rooms are hot. You cannot cool the room while you're out because the key has to be in the room for the AC to work. Even when we did have the AC on, it never really cooled down. The shower made a mess in the bathroom, because of a weird shower door. The check in process is a little frustrating because you have to walk a block and change to the actual room from the check in location. I think the experience would've been better had it not been in the summer.
