Walking distance to all of the attractions, lovely and clean, friendly staff and willing to help at any time. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and the price was right.
J	Jim Kniest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked a trip to Italy, and this hotel, the Relais Piazza Signoria in April. The hotel refused to give us any refund even though we literally could not travel to the hotel (roadblocks to non-residents), and our plane tickets were cancelled. We tried contacting the hotel, and there was no response. We tried cancelling through the credit card company, and the hotel refused the cancellation. There was literally no way we could have gotten, and stayed at the hotel. I caution anyone attempting to stay here in the future, due to their horrible customer service, and inflexibility.
A	Alice Malice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great. Right at the square and easy access to most places you would want to go. The Uffizi is literally 1 min across from where the place is. The room was really nice and a wonderful view. It was clean-ish. Fresh towels & plenty of it. The only complaint we have about the room is that the were mosquitoes which ate us alive at night. We asked for the room to be sprayed during the time we aren’t in the room but the mosquitoes were still there. That was unpleasant. The hotel staff were really nice as well but I found one of the staff a little unhelpful. We asked for an extra 30 mins in the morning to check-out & she was all flustered & gave me a spiel about how “it’s very busy & you MUST leave” & started talking to someone else who walked into reception. I was 100% happy to check out at the original time if it wasn’t possible, she didn’t to be flustered at me.

I will definitely be back here on my next visit to Florence As we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman, check in was maximum 4min, very quick and enjoyable, we got all the info we needed, a map and we were on our way. We stayed in the deluxe studio with views to the Piazza, we were in apartment 302. Apartment is very specious, clean and with a very comfortable Bed. Windows are very big and the view will not let you down, facing the plaza. The unit is also Very quiet once you close the window and cool with the AC unit They wifi is very good aswell. Kitchen has all the things you need to cook a meal (no oven). The location of the apartment could not be any better You are within 10min walk of most attractions in Florence It's very convenient to take a break halfway through the day since it's so well located Thank you again and see you next time! Highly recommend you stay here

We were upgraded upon arrival and had a fantastic experience throughout our stay. Room very big, clean and comfortable. We also had a nice view of Piazza Signoria from our window, which is really nice in an evening. Only criticism of the accommodation - shower wasn't very good (despite being big), water pressure weak and it often swapped from hot to cold.

I initially booked this location on Expedia, and we were supposed to travel in May 2020 but of course, Covid ruined our plans. I sent them a private message then and they said to just email them back when we decide to go back and they would honor our credit with them. And that's exactly what they did. I honestly thought they would give us a hard time but from the moment they replied to my email to confirming our dates to staying at the property we had no issues at all. The lady at the desk was super nice. They were good at responding to messages. The location was in a prime area. Our room had a view of the Piazza Della Signoria. We just loved our stay here. And would definitely come back in the future.
