★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Zimmer, perfekt gelegen, super Kommunikation. Ab 23:00 Uhr mussten alle Restaurants und Clubs schließen, daher können wir nichts über die laute Musik sagen.
 Great rooms, perfectly located, great communication. From 11:00 p.m. all restaurants and clubs had to close, so we can't comment on the loud music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr moderne, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer. Im Empfangsbereich steht ein Kaffeevollautomat zur Verfügung. Kostenlos! Alles im historischen Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man erwartete uns schon und holte uns auf der Straße ab. Den Gebäude sieht man eine so schöne Unterkunft nicht an. Sehr nette und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin (Novella) direkt vor Ort. Einzig das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.
Very modern, clean and cozy rooms. A fully automatic coffee machine is available in the reception area. Free! Everything in the historic city center is within easy walking distance. We were already expected and picked up on the street. You can't see the building in such a beautiful place. Very nice and competent contact person (Novella) directly on site. Only the breakfast can be expanded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleines süßes Hotel im Herzen von Florenz. Tolle Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps für die City! Stylische Zimmer, leider ist am Wochenende die darunterlegende Moyo Bar sehr laut. Aber man verkraftet es :) immer wieder gern!
Small cute hotel in the heart of Florence. Great hostess with good tips for the city! Stylish rooms, unfortunately the Moyo Bar below is very noisy on weekends. But you can cope with it :) again and again with pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazza all’accettazione molto cordiale e gentile, posizione ottima sopratutto per chi ha necessità di parcheggiare la macchina. Il garage si trova a pochissimi metri. Camere accoglienti, e curate nei piccoli particolari. Unico piccolo difetto, la camera era esposta agli schiamazzi dei locali sottostanti fino a notte inoltrata. Buona colazione servita presso il bar sottostante Moyo.
Very friendly and kind reception girl, excellent location especially for those who need to park a car. The garage is located a few meters away. Cozy rooms, and with attention to small details. The only small flaw, the room was exposed to the noises of the rooms below until late at night. Good breakfast served at the Moyo cafe below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benci House is a really great place to stay. Thanks to Sophia and the team we had a wonderful 3 days in Firenze with our 6 months old son. The hotel is quiet, yet perfectly located to enjoy Firenze. The rooms are remarkably well designed and we did not miss a thing during our stay at Benci House. Also the breakfast in the connected MoYo Bar is very nice, just as the people working there. We will definitely choose Benci House again whenever we come to Firenze.
