S	Somebody Normal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brands for women weren’t good. Compared to the one in Milan this was just sad. There weren’t enough floors. And I didn’t manage to find anything.
R	Roya A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A super nice location but the staff would have to be trained urgently. The ladies from the service were more than unfriendly and rather annoyed and arrogant. Too bad! I do not know that from Florence nor somewhere in Italy.
M	Mike Bravos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went straight for the rooftop bar, the food was mediocre, probably the worst cappuccino you can drink in the area and the service was bad (the waitress was irritating and rude). The only thing that’s nice about it is the view.

Although you need to know they are not cheap, you're basically paying for the view, it is breathtaking. Their meat and cheese board was good snd their wine selection is great. I'm taking off one star since their service was incredibly slow given they weren't that busy. To get there you need to go into the clothing store, take an elevator or the escalator to the 4th floor, take one flight of stairs up to see the hostess and then another to get to the rooftop.

They forgot about my drink order, and my friend had to ask twice for something simple. The staff is useless and not polite. There are better places in Florence.
G	Gillian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌ Nice view but force people to wait while they have plenty of tables! ❌ We went upstairs for a view after being rejected a table. When upstairs we saw 4 tables free and the staff chilling at the bar.

H	Hannah Braverman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go to Rinacente with my friends because I knew it to was a great place sunset and have wine, aperitivo and dinner. The host was rude, then we arrived to the rooftop, no one told us where to sit so we had to find the only empty table ourselves. Ordered wine and aperitivo. I don’t know but we ask the waiter about 3 times to see if we could switch tables because we had no heater and it was very cold, the response was “just a minute” each time. Finally we look to the side to the table we ask to change to and they sat other people. So we decided to just pay what we had ordered and leave. The service is not good at all. Service and satisfaction should be the main goal especially at a place like Rinascente.
