β β β β β We went to OVS on Via Panzani and one of the employees charged us some items twice and when we said something was wrong he said that we needed to speak to his colleague instead of fixing himself what he did wrong. He also disappeared during that time, which shows the lack of respect for the clients and for his own colleague. The guy that ended up fixing the problem and helping us was super nice and apologized a lot but it wasn't his fault at all. If you are a tourist and go to that shop check if what you were charged was right while you're inside.
