★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the assistance and guidance of the owners. They gave us space and time to try on and make a decision with our purchase. They didn't try to hassle you with the hard sales like other shops in Florence. And most importantly, their shoes are with a good and genuine real Italian leather quality! They also have vat refund for tourist. I would totally recommend this shop for any tourist who looks to buy the valued with good quality shoes in Italy. We would also definitely go back to buy more shoes with them when we are back in Italy next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service. Very unfriendly staff! I bought my first Birkenstocks there. The Problem is this. Right after my arrival in the store the staff showed me the shoe size i was asking for. I dont know much about birkenstocks. My First Impression was Like Well i do think this type of shoe could work out for me. The staff didnt give me any information that there are usually two types of birkenstocks the normal size and the small size. I choosed not knowing that there are two types the small size of 43. Also she was Not asking me If i Like it or Not or how do feel myself in this shoes, she was Happy and nice after i paid. During the day i realized one of my feet is hurting. Then i took the time to find Out why is that and i found Out that after i opened the shoes i could see a Part of my feet is rubbing against the leather of the shoe on the right side probably because i choosed the small one and Not the normal size one. If the staff would have done a good Job then i wouldnt have any Problems with the shoe. Now i wasted 75 Euro and there was No Option to change the shoe into normal size or in 44 small size without playing again 75 €. Thats maybe normal in italy that there ist No refund or Change Option but then please do your Job and give the costumer a good service of what they are actually buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful shop! I was unable to find the Montana Birkenstock shoes until my search brought up Valentina Calzature Firenze in Italy. Although, I live in Lavina, Montana, USA, I was able to order. I received a communication as to the status of my order and what I could expect for shipping. I was notified when my order shipped with a link for tracking. When the link sent me to a site in Italian, I requested the tracking number in an email - it was sent right away. My shoes arrived in a timely manner. I love wearing my “Montana” Birkenstocks here in Montana. Excellent service, excellent product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman who helped me find shoes was so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. The selection of shoes were very reasonably priced, fashionable, and great quality.
I have thick muscular calves and tried on a pair of leather knee high boots in which one calf was bigger than the other, and he promptly stretched one side a bit for the perfect fit! Im also a size EU 40-41 (US 9.5-10) and had no trouble finding my size.
So glad that I shopped here before leaving Firenze! Will make sure to return if I’m ever back in town ❤️ Oh, and of course, they do global blue vat refunds!
