Il prioritario Alessandro e i commessi sempre estremamente gentili, ho avuto un problema con un paio di scarpe acquistato due settimane prima e si sono subito resi disponibili a risolverlo . Io e mia figlia acquistiamo scarpe solo da Avantgarde sia al sottopassaggio della Stazione che all’altro negozio fuori in piazza Stazione . Super consigliato !!!! I have been using this store for years, the choice and quality is excellent. The priority Alessandro and the always extremely kind salesmen, I had a problem with a pair of shoes purchased two weeks before and they immediately made themselves available to solve it. My daughter and I buy shoes only from Avantgarde both at the station underpass and at the other shop outside in Piazza Stazione. Super recommended !!!!

Unica pecca, i prezzi, a volte molto più alti rispetto ad altri negozi: alcuni modelli, dello stesso marchio, spesso li ho trovati altrove con differenze di prezzo anche notevoli. One of the few shoe stores left in Florence, with a large selection of brands and models. Prima ho preso un paio di scarpe molto belle e morbide, la sera stessa ho notato che la pelle è rotta, riportato indietro. Non possono semplicemente restituire i soldi, devi scegliere le altre scarpe. Ok, scelto. Le scarpe nuove carine, ho portato con piacere per un po' di più di due mesi.... Dopo questi due mesi ho notato che mi entra l'acqua dentro le scarpe. Le suole di tutte e due le scarpe spezzate in due...e ora devo ricomprare le scarpe, ma ormai in un'altro negozio. Speriamo in più persone come lui al mondo. Veramente una esperienza di shopping gestita al meglio. We came in on vacation about three times buying and making exchanges etc. each time he was super helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The store is generally good with good sales, but we would go back just to be waited on by Andrea! Thanks again!
