Tre persone che non ascoltavano le mie richieste mi guardavano con commiserazione e insofferenza, facendomi solo notare che era quasi l'ora di chiusura e che volevano chiudere. Indisponenti, scortesi, parlottavano fra loro senza neppure seguirmi (sono anche andati nell'altra stanza, ignorandomi, mentre chiedevo quello che mi serviva). Mi hanno trattata da incompetente e non lo sono. Mi hanno fatto vergognare di essere fiorentina.
Experience to forget. Three people who did not listen to my requests looked at me with pity and impatience, only making me notice that it was almost closing time and that they wanted to close. Indisposed, rude, they chatted among themselves without even following me (they also went into the other room, ignoring me, while I asked what I needed). They treated me incompetent and I'm not.
