M	Micky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il negozio xké mio figlio 15enne a volte sceglie dei modelli che lì riesce a trovare, ma ho sempre la stessa sensazione: sembra che al cliente facciano un favore quando gli danno la giusta attenzione... due giorni fa sono entrata con mio figlio, erano in 4 a parlare di come sistemare i nuovi arrivi e nessuno si è degnato di chiedere di cosa avessimo bisogno, una situazione assurda, parlavano fitto fitto e io x educazione nn volevo interrompere. Poi uno finalmente ci ha rivolto attenzione, quando gli ho detto che dovevamo fare il cambio di una maglia, senza spostarsi ha indicato uno stand dicendo "quello che c'è è lì" ed è tornato a parlare con i colleghi. Non c era nulla di adatto al cambio e di nuovo la stessa situazione prima che qualcuno mi considerasse x ottenere un buono... ma insomma.. nn credo nemmeno mi abbiano guardata in faccia, figuriamoci se ci spenderò i miei soldi! There was nothing suitable for the exchange and again the same situation before someone considered me to get a coupon ... but well .. I don't even think they looked me in the face, let alone if I will spend my money on it!

E' il primo AW LAB che trovo dove non ti saltano addosso appena entri incalzandoti per provare scarpe e cercando di venderti solette per le prossime tre generazioni, come ehm ehm "in altri posti". Ci tornerò. Very kind, smiling and helpful people work there. It's the first AW LAB that I find where they don't jump on you as soon as you walk in, pushing you on to try on shoes and trying to sell you insoles for the next three generations, like er er "in other places". I'll be back.
