Quando è stato fatto notare, la commessa addetta alla cassa, ha letteralmente lanciato i soldi (di differenza dei due prodotti) sul banco a mio zio dicendogli anche testualmente e in maniera sprezzante "ecco i suoi soldi, si tenga la mancia e si prenda un caffè", mio zio ha ovviamente reagito verbalmente chiedendo come fosse possibile tanta maleducazione, la cassiera per tutta risposta ha mandato mio zio "a quel paese" per non usare i termini coloriti e scurrili utilizzati da lei, davanti a tutti i clienti e altro personale. Se questa è la politica di customer service messa in atto per giustificare un errore commesso dal personale, vi suggerisco di prendere nettamente le distanze da questo negozio, a meno che non vogliate essere appellati e trattati squallidamemente in pubblico anche davanti ad una innegabile evidenza.
