★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo experienza! Avevo il andata alla prima e ritorno al smart, e il treno di ritorno era in ritardo di 40 minuti. Ma lo staff non faceva entrare nessuno nella sala attesa se non hai la carta nero o viaggi in prima class, anche se la sala e vuoto e la loro treno e in ritardo, sono cavoli tuoi.
 Very bad experience! I had the first and return trip to the smart, and the return train was 40 minutes late. But the staff didn't let anyone into the waiting room if you didn't have the black card or travel in first class, even if the room is empty and their train is late, they're your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/12/2019 treno Italo 9952 in ritardo di 80 minuti. Personale in biglietteria quasi infastidito, nessuna assistenza, chiesto se era possibile accedere alla lounge room visto il disservizio, risposta categorica NO, e dire che era vuota. Cortesia non di casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Sala d'attesa pubblica trasformata in una lounge room per clienti business. Ovviamente all'ingresso nemmeno ti avvisano con uno straccio di cartello. Vergognoso. E dire che sono cliente Italo da 10 anni. Un servizio che è andato peggiorando gradualmente. Che squallore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaggio a Firenze con Italo. All'andata tutto bene. Per problemi col taxi perdiamo il treno prenotato per il rientro, la domenica sera del ponte del 1° maggio.
Personale di Italo - al pari di quello di Trenitalia - estremamente disponibile e gentile, anche se impotente a causa di tutti i treni al completo.
Professionalità ai massimi livelli, bravi.
Trip to Florence with Italo. Everything was fine on the way. For problems with the taxi we miss the train booked for the return, on the Sunday evening of the May 1st bridge.
Italo staff - like that of Trenitalia - extremely helpful and kind, even if powerless because of all the trains full.
