Ne ho presi comunque due ma alla cassa, quando ho chiesto i pacchetti regalo, mi sono stati negati perché in periodo di saldi non si fanno confezioni regalo.... io però LI HO PAGATI A PREZZO PIENO... non mi sembra corretto questa politica ... se in negozio durante il oeriodo di saldi non avete merce in sconto, attrezzatevi anche a dare sacchetti normali, senza la scritta "saldi" e a fare confezioni regalo!!! I bought two pajamas and although there was a "sale up to 60%" sign outside they weren't discounted. I still took two but at the checkout, when I asked for the gift packages, they were denied because during the sales period there are no gift packages .... but I HAVE PAID THEM AT FULL PRICE ... this does not seem correct to me policy ... if you do not have any discounted goods in the shop during the sales period, get ready to give normal bags, without the word "sales" and to make gift boxes !!!

If we think about how the Santa Maria Novella Station was degraded just a few years ago it deserves 10 stars! Nice glamor shop.

Le clienti devono capire che il comportamento del personale sulla sorveglianza della merce è normale, visto che in centro gira gente poco fidata I noticed that in the last few months the shop has revalued itself above all for the very courteous orders. Mishell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in negozio per comprarmi una borsa .. e mentre guardavo le borse una commessa si è avvicinata per dirmi che la borsa che stavo guardando non era in promozione .. quando manco glielo ho chiesto .. poi mi fissava mentre facevo il giro del negozio... Dovete cercare personale più cortese ... E dire che mi era garbato un portafoglio ma con quel servizio mi è passata la voglia di comprare qualcosa. Servizio scadente I went into the shop to buy myself a bag .. and while I was looking at the bags a saleswoman came up to tell me that the bag I was looking at was not in promotion .. when I missed I asked her .. then she stared at me while I was walking around the store ... You have to look for more courteous staff ... And to say that I was polite a wallet but with that service I lost the desire to buy something. Poor service
