Brave, gentili e soprattutto sorridenti!( Da non sottovalutare ) Il brand già lo conoscevo, ma grazie alle ragazze di Firenze tornerò da Yamamay anche a Roma. I went to them on Friday and I assure you that the staff is really top. Good, kind and above all smiling! (Not to be underestimated) I already knew the brand, but thanks to the girls from Florence I will also return to Yamamay to Rome.

La ragazza in cassa mi ha detto che era un errore ma il prezzo vero era 24.95 e si scusava dell'errore. Al che, ho fatto notare che io volevo pagare ciò che ho visto in vetrina (come giusto che sia). A quel punto è intervenuta Tiziana ed ha forzato il prezzo dicendo che l'errore era il loro e quindi era giusto che io pagassi 19.95. Complimenti a lei per la professionalità dimostrata, Yamamay ha guadagnato la vendita. A 24.95 non lo avrei preso per principio. Pollice basso invece per la cassiera che inizialmente mi ha servito. Per fortuna è intervenuta chi, forse, capisce più di leggi e di diritti del consumatore. Brava Tiziana. I would like to congratulate Tiziana's professionalism as there was a price in the window (19.95) but in the shop, then, there was another price written (24.95). The girl at the cashier told me it was a mistake but the real price was 24.95 and she apologized for the mistake. To which, I pointed out that I wanted to pay for what I saw in the window (as it should be). At that point Tiziana intervened and forced the price saying that the error was theirs and therefore it was right that I paid 19.95. Congratulations to you for the professionalism shown, Yamamay has earned the sale. At 24.95 I wouldn't have taken it on principle. Low thumb instead for the cashier who initially served me. Fortunately, those who perhaps understand more than consumer laws and rights have intervened. Brava Tiziana.

Non mi è mai capitato di sentirmi così" maltrattata" da cliente: I commessi si sono dimostrati scocciati di dire il prezzo di una camicia da notte (che non era a saldo e NON AVEVA IL PREZZO SUL CARTELLINO) e successivamente alla cassa dopo una serie di errori di cassa,non tornava nemmeno il conto finale! E in tutto ciò si rivolgevano in maniera MOLTO arrogante!!! Se con un minimo di garbo avessero detto e fatto tutti i loro errori con garbo ed educazione ,la cosa sarebbe risultata completamente diversa !!!! Non sono avvezza a fare commenti negativi ,tantomeno su persone che lavorano ,ma oggi mi hanno fatto rimanere particolarmente male ,non lo meritavo!! Fingeva di essere cortese e la cosa si percepiva. Mentre mi provavo degli indumenti ho sentito che parlava in malo modo con l'altra commessa di una cliente che era entrata e non aveva fatto acquisti. Al momento che sono andata alla cassa x acquistare ciò che mi ero provata, mi ha informata che se acquistato 4 articoli il 5' sarebbe stato gratuito. Allora ho detto che sarei tornata al piano di sopra x vedere gli altri articoli a saldo. Si è indispettita perché doveva tornare al piano superiore e quando non ho trovato altro e le ho detto che avrei preso gli articoli già in cassa, ha ributtato nel cassetto in malomodo l'articolo e detto "va bene signora" stizzita. Nel tornare al piano superiore le ho detto che NON È ADATTA A FARE QUESTO LAVORO, E CHE SI POTEVA TENERE TUTTO! Essere tratta così a fare shopping? Ma non ci penso nemmeno, vado in un altro negozio! Maleducata! I was in this shop on Friday around 1pm. The saleswoman who served me was unfriendly and unfriendly. He pretended to be courteous and it was felt. La commessa ,gentile e molto disponibile. Il negozio è accogliente. I prezzi ,non in saldo, sono giusti . Quando vado a Firenze , mi fermo dinuovo per acquisti! I walked into this store last week for the sales. I bought beautiful linens at a reasonable price. The saleswoman, kind and very helpful. The shop is welcoming. The prices, not on sale, are fair. When I go to Florence, I stop again for shopping!
