Vodafone is the worst company in the entire world. Complete garbage please don't sign up for their service. They bombard you with hundreds of messages when your plan runs up . In addition you can"t renew your plan there you need to find a specific tobacco store pay in cash there then go to the currency exchange. Please don't give these idiots your money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VODEFONE!! If you buy a SIM card in one location and then travel to another, the stores are all individual franchises and can't help you. They ripped me off in Rome (€45 for 6 Gb, I only got 4), in Siena (€20 for 5 Gb that quit in 14 days) and Venice (€25 for 10 Gb that quit in 4 days). Each time the new store told me they couldn't rectify the other's mistake. I switched to "3" (Tre) (30 Gb for €25) and have had great service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VODEFONE.

Our experience was similar to someone who posted a while back. Our data wasn't working and the staff member quickly identified that our phone needed an APN modification. We were updated and working in 3 minutes. It's one level below the Santa Maria Novella station. We had purchased our SIM in Verona and the staff member there was either not knowledgeable or not willing to discuss with us in English any possible issues we might have when the phone activated after the two hour waiting period. Vodaphone Italy should invest a little effort in having SIM activation help sheets available in multiple languages that they hand out when they sell a SIM chip. That would have saved us 10 days of not having access to our data we purchased. But again the gentleman in this store was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Terrible English ability. Guaranteed service throughout Europe with it actually only lasting 3 days into Venice then never being able to find help. I arrived in Germany a few days later and they said the Italy and Spain Vodafone doesn't work with the rest of Europe, even though I was told by the vodefone employee in Florence at that it would work throughout Europe! Garbage!!! Never touch Vodafone!!!!!

The staff are by far the rudest. I went to simply refill my monthly package that I’ve had for two months and leave. When I walked in I said hello and there were no one but a lady and a man who both work there and they were chitchatting and totally ignored me for few minutes then decided to turn at me and asked me what I wanted. They were very short and the lady was very rude and kept talking badly with the other man and laughing and saying β€œAmerikano” repeatedly. She said I had to pay what I heard her say β€œfourteen” and I kept saying it should be €35 (which is my exact package cost that I paid already the past two months) but she kept talking loud and screaming to the other guy and complaining, and from what I understood telling him to explain to the idiot which is me that he has to pay. He then explained that she means 40 euros and not 14. I was surprised it went up higher but she refuses to explain and just grabbed my money and threw the receipt and left to other corner to chitchat with her coworker and gave me her back. Seriously manners and things like these makes me hate this place, but I am sure she doesn’t represent what Vodafone is all about.

I can’t even start to explain my situation with Vodafone, but especially this branch. The customer service is horrible even after talking to 3 different sales people. They started screaming at me and telling me lies about my existing local no. I decided to go to another branch near the duomo and they were allot more helpful. Long story short this branch scammed me and changed my package to a more expensive one which then made me have to change my number completely. I do not recommend this branch at all for many reasons other then The ones I have already written down. Don’t waste ur time and only go to the one near duomo. Especially there’s is this lady which is curly blonde short hair who was by far the rudest at this branch and I believe she was the one who changed my package withought my acknowledgment.

I have never had such a bad experience at any phone company in my entire life. I went in for a sim card and they explained how it is $160 for four months. But that was not the case. At various times when I had the sim card in, vodafone would shut off my phone and nothing would send, work, or load. It would only work on Wifi and I could not make calls. When I go to pay and add more money (for some reason), it does not allow me to pay with a card, and I am forced to pay with paypal. I can add 20 more euros one day and the nexr week, my phone would stop working. When I went to this establishment about it, all they do is tell me that I have to pay more, when at the beginning, they said the original 160 was all I had to pay. This is ridiculous and outrageous. They overcharge people and scam people for more money. I took out the sim card as soon as this issue happened again because I refuse to give more money to such a horrible company. I do not reccomend. If abroad, get an international phone plan before you leave, do not use vodafone.
