Il telefono ha evidenti problemi, così lo riporto il giorno dopo per la sostituzione, che io so essere d'obbligo entro certi limiti di tempo. Loro però mi dicono che sui prodotti presi con finanziamento non è prevista la sostituzione e che lo avrei dovuto mandare in riparazione in garanzia. Così sono stato costretto ad acquistare un altro smartphone per non rimanere senza... MAI PIÙ acquisterò telefoni da loro!
On December 8, I take a new smartphone from them, with financing. The phone has obvious problems, so I bring it back the next day for a replacement, which I know is a must within certain time limits. However, they tell me that on the products taken with financing there is no replacement and that I should have sent them for repair under warranty. So I was forced to buy another smartphone to never run out of ... NEVER buy phones from them again!
