Per attivare una scheda c'è voluto una settimana e questo mi ha comportato anche un addebito per traffico non coperto in quanto l'offerta non era attiva che il negozio non ha voluto rimborsare. Ci sono altri negozi Tim a Caserta come quello a via Mazzini dove potete sicuramente trovare maggiore disponibilità e professionalità. Non entrate in questo perché rischiate di perdere tempo e soldi.
 Incompetence in its pure state. It took a week to activate a card and this also resulted in a charge for uncovered traffic as the offer was not active which the shop did not want to refund. There are other Tim stores in Caserta such as the one in via Mazzini where you can certainly find greater availability and professionalism. Don't go into this because you risk wasting time and money.
