Never use Euronet ATMs. It's especially bad to be attached to a private currency exchange !! Even if withdrawal is canceled, money is taken out of the account, and when it comes to what it is, money exchange kids say that it is not their machine and I don't know. โ โ โ โ โ Donโt ever use them. They scam you and trick you dirty. Transaction fees on top of ridiculous exchange rates. Use a local bank or post office atm instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Attention! do not use Euronet ATMs Terrible! really bad service. ATM had taken the card, no assistance! therefore the card must not be returned, it must only be destroyed. They take no responsibility on the phone, very rude! If you are a foreigner like me or from another Italian city, a big mess. You need to contact your bank and ask to get the new card home. In time, enjoy your vacation in Florence for no money!
