Incompetenza o malafede? Non mi resta che rivolgermi ad un avvocato. Penso di rivolgermi ad un'avvocato !!!!!!!!! Neanche gli strozzini fanno questo......... Per non dire che per avere qualsiasi documento dobbiamo andare di persona e la filiale più vicina è a 40 km . IN PERIODO DI PANDEMIA UNA COSA DEL GENERE È ASSURDA!!!!!!!!! A	Alessandro Poltri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una estinzione di una pratica ho richiesto la liberatoria firmata ed ho solo ricevuto una mail in cui mi hanno confermato la chiusura della pratica ma senza liberatoria scritta. Ho telefonato piu volte e scritto che la mia banca aveva necettia di questa liberatoria cartacea ma l unica risposta che ho avuto ad oggi da un operatore che devo passare dall agenzia a ritirarla. Non è possible averla in digitale!. Ma come in un periodo come questo dove si cerca di limitare gli spostamenti e i contatti per la situazione Covid si deve andare in agenzia?? Detto cio loperatore ha chiuso la conversazione riattaccando. Ho provato a richiamarli ma dopo lunghe attese il ripsonditore automatico mi ha detto di richiamare. Mi tocchera passare dalla agenzia per ritirare copia cartacea anche se credo sia veramente paraddosale. Dovreste organizzarvi al meglio per dare ai clienti un servizio migliore e piu comodo possibile.. Per il periodo coronavirus quando era tutto fermo e bloccati in casa, ho fatto la sospensione del mutuo, ma non ho potuto bloccare il finanziamento con loro chiedevano 1 mese di cassaintegrazione continuativa, ho chiesto il documento per l'estinzione anticipata ma non lo mandano via email oggi dove tutto il mondo viaggia su internet loro non lo fanno ti devi recare personalmente in agenzia non una qualsiasi ma la sede di Firenze se uno non potesse deve prendere un permesso a lavoro per andare a prendere un documento che tutte le altre agenzie mandano per email. ASSURDO cliente da tanti anni ma dopo queste due cose ho chiuso non mi rivolgerò più a loro se un domani avessi necessità. L'operatrice, che è stata gentile, mi aveva assicurato che l'arrivo dei documenti sarebbe stato celere. Sono però in attesa della documentazione da una settimana. Il tutto dovrebbe arrivare via POSTA (non in formato digitale). Spero che questa pratica si chiuda prima che si prendano un'altra rata. Seguiranno aggiornamenti nei prossimi giorni. Stay tuned.
