J	Julia Golden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning, our experience was not good. The floor in our room was not clean, underneath the bed was even worse. The front desk clerk was not customers friendly, the manager in the breakfast room needed to verify our room number only. I observed every one that came in after us and never saw him approach another Guest for verification. We concluded your hotel was Racially Bias, We are BLACK AMERICANS. I am glad we only booked for one night.

There are many restaurants near by as well as some shopping areas. Rooms are clean and modern but they are small like any other hotel rooms in Europe. Staff was helpful.

There was no internet access the whole time we stayed, and the management just gave a series of excuses. The room was not properly prepared when we arrived. Buffett breakfast was minimal and worse than in similarly priced other hotels we've stayed in Italy. Having said that, staff were perfectly friendly, but unfortunately the hotel does not present a positive experience.

The A/C system keeps the rooms nice and cold. The bathroom has rust spots on the bottom on the shower doors. Overall would stay again. Great bargain 4/5 stars.

It had working air conditioning which was also nice. However, it had a weird feeling with the stained and chipped walls. The bed covering was not clean looking/very worn and was immediately removed. The shower was stained and years of lime buildup did not make it appealing. They also have a cup of noodles that their trying to sell for €4.90???? The staff were cold and unfriendly.The room was very loud with traffic and trams passing directly in front. I think anyone could do much better for the price.

The room was comfortable with 2 single beds & 1 doubled bed which was a sofa bed. Found the sofa bed a tad uncomfortable but bearable. Breakfast was fine with choice of hot & cold choices. Kids enjoyed the pancakes. Great location for station and 15-20 mins to the sights.

The room was large to accommodate a king size bed as we requested and the bathroom size was probably little smaller than the American standard as we should expect in all Europe but still it was the perfect size. We really enjoyed our stay, every thing was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. I loved the apple cake that they served in the morning, it was perfect. The location was perfect, 4 min from train station and 10 min walk from all attraction.
