★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this shop is a amazing lady. On 13th July 2018, my wife slipped and fell on the pavement just outside betty Florence. The lady owner heard my wife cry and came running out, gave her a chair to sit, organised water, called an ambulance and made sure my wife got treated. My wife suffered a ankle fracture but thanks to this lady (don't know her name), we got timely help. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
