★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked, horrified, appalled by the abhorrent and brazen behaviour of the security guard in this store. Absolutely horrendous. He had the audacity to follow my children and I all around the shop as if we were common thieves instead of welcome customers. Avoid at all costs. Unbelievable.I saw many items I would have purchased but did not purchase anything because of the behavior of ye security staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give it a zero I would!!! Worst customer service ever..and having traveled from the other side of the globe I expected more here. The female staff upstairs in the men's totally ignored me , even tho I had 2 items in my hand that I wanted to buy.. I got more attention from the Polizia who were there arresting a shoplifter! Left the items there a left!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for quality clothing and good prices. We shop there every time we are in Florence. There is a perfume and toiletry shop right next door, also very nice. It looks like it is under new ownership, but still a good selection.
