Sono clienti Marina Rinaldi da decenni e il vs personale è stato poco professionale, al limite del maleducato. Le signore hanno chiesto di visionare capi della collezione Rinaldi Sport in quanto più casual e informale. Alle clienti sono state presentate con un atteggiamento di sufficienza solo prodotti di fascia economica facendo molto presente il prezzo. C'é stata una forte sensazione che il personale avesse giudicato che le clienti non avessero capacità di spesa. Non oso pensare che la vostra organizzazione permetta alle collaboratrici di affidarsi ad un loro giudizio del tutto personale se seguire o snobbare una cliente. Se avessero chiesto quanto potevano spendere, le signore avrebbero dimostrato in diversi modi che erano benestanti. Detto questo, sono sicuro che la concorrenza sarà lieta di acquisirle come nuove clienti. On Saturday 11/11/17 I was very disappointed with the treatment reserved for three of my family members by the staff of your branch in via Panzani in Florence. They have been Marina Rinaldi customers for decades and your staff has been unprofessional, bordering on rude. The ladies asked to view garments from the Rinaldi Sport collection as they are more casual and informal. Only low-end products were presented to customers with an attitude of sufficiency, making the price very present. There was a strong feeling that the staff had judged that the customers had no spending power. I dare not think that your organization allows collaborators to rely on their own personal judgment whether to follow or snub a customer. If they asked how much they could spend, the ladies would have shown in several ways that they were well off. Having said that, I am sure that the competition will be happy to acquire them as new customers.

For those not familiar with the brand, Marina Rinaldi is a member of the Max Mara group and the designs and quality show it. The store has a nice selection with different items than in other areas of the world. The customer service was amazing. Highly recommend this store!
