β β β β β Negozio ben fornito di tante borse , valige e accessori : devo dire che queste borse mi piacciono molto , perche' oltre ad essere belle io le trovo molto pratiche, sono adatte a contenere tutto quello che serve e poi sono resistenti anche se messe a dura prova ; belle anche valige e zaini.
Well stocked shop with many bags, suitcases and accessories: I must say that I really like these bags, because besides being beautiful I find them very practical, they are suitable to contain everything you need and then they are resistant even if put to the test ; beautiful also suitcases and backpacks.

β β β β β primo acquisto in mandarina duck di una borsa nuova collezione 1 anno fa, costo 190,00β¬ di vera pelle nera cosΓ¬ spacciata....dopo neanche 2 mesi ha cominciato a scolorirsi ai bordi e poi un po' ovunque, tornata in negozio la commessa bionda mi dice che sembrerebbe difettosa ma serve lo scontrino...ovviamente non lo trovo, pasano i mesi la borsa continua a scolorirsi ed io ad udarla sempre meno...per incanto ritrovo lo scontrino vado in negozio e mi dicono che un anno Γ¨ troppo tempo e che la borsa Γ¨ molto usurata!! Ma se Γ¨ stata nel cassetto perchΓ© orrenda!!! Grazie mandarina duck e a mai piΓΉ!!! ContinuerΓ² a comprare marchi seri no cialtroni!!!!
first purchase in mandarin duck of a new collection bag 1 year ago, β¬ 190.00 cost of real black leather so far .... after not even 2 months began to fade at the edges and then a bit 'everywhere, back in the store the blonde saleswoman tells me that it would look defective but I need the receipt ... obviously I do not find it, the months pass the bag continues to fade and I hear it less and less ... for enchantment I find the receipt I go to the store and tell me that a year it's too much time and the bag is very worn !! But if it was in the drawer because horrible !!! Thanks mandarina duck and to never again !!! I will continue to buy serious brands no freaks !!!!

β β β β β I bought a wheelie bag a few months ago, and after using it 3 times, the handle had broken and the material on the bottom had ripped. It was in a worse state than the 10-year-old one it replaced. The staff in the shop were rude and unhelpful, telling me that I'd "dragged it along the road" (I asked if they were saying it was only designed for indoor use - which indeed seems to be the case). After a long argument and a phone call to "head office" I was told I could have a credit note. For what use I don't know - I would not buy another product from them at any price. In the event, after waiting about an hour, the credit note was only 70% of the purchase price, apparently because I'd already had use out of it!!!!! There are MUCH better companies to buy luggage from. Avoid this one.
