★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrato attratto dalla vetrina, ho acquistato un bignè farcito di corposa dimensione, si presentava ottimamente. Purtroppo la felicità é finita presto, una volta tagliato per mangiarlo si presentava con la farcitura Chantilly dura e compatta come se fosse stato congelato e pure il bignè era vecchio e pensare che é anche costato caro. Che dire di una pasticceria, una tristezza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Pasticceria Dolcezza, si trova in un angolo di Firenze, è un piccolo luogo dove poter trascorrere anche un pomeriggio a sorseggiare il tè. Il locale è interessante e offre diversi mix particolari di paste, sia per la colazione che per la merenda. Oviamente, da bravi toscani non mancano di certo anche le prelibatezze fiorentine. Lo staff è molto gentile e disposto...Se passate per di qua vi consiglio di venirli a trovare.
The Pasticceria Dolcezza, located in a corner of Florence, is a small place where you can also spend an afternoon sipping tea. The place is interesting and offers different special mixes of pastries, both for breakfast and for a snack. Of course, Florentine delicacies are certainly not lacking as good Tuscans. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza unica di sapori, data da questi dolci definiti da me "petit" perché piccoli ma con un gusto travolgente che delizia il palato. Un cannolo molto raffinato e una mousse ricoperta di cioccolato soffice e spumosa. Il caffè buono e il servizio molto cordiale ed educato. Lo consiglio per una sosta golosa.
Unique experience of flavors, given by these desserts defined by me as "petit" because they are small but with an overwhelming taste that delights the palate. A very refined cannoli and a mousse covered with soft and fluffy chocolate. Good coffee and very friendly and polite service. I recommend it for a greedy stop.

The place is kind of small, but the place has a nice glow. And the service is Good and also a Friendly staff.
It's good if they offer low prices, the price is little bit high for the sweets. But I'll give 5 stars⭐
