This restaurant deserves a great review because, honestly, it’s the best steak I have ever had. Some restraunts have amazing food but bad service which can really destroy your meal. However this place not only had delicious food but amazing service. I wish I lived in Florence to come more often. If you visit Florence you must go here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here was so unbelievably kind to my husband and I! We came to Italy for our honeymoon and on our first night in Florence we came here for dinner. I ordered what I usually get from restaurants, but the dish wasn’t to my liking. When they noticed I didn’t finish my plate, the man who I think was the manager, was very kind, asked if they could make something else in exchange. I said not to worry, then he proceeds to bring out all of these different pastries for us to choose from free of charge. Very nice!!! Highly recommend to go here. Made our first night here very special! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is legit, not a tourist trap. I see other Italians in here every visit. Use some basic Italian (Google Translate for basic words), and it’s even easier.
Pastries — awesome and pretty!
Pasta — so good!
Paolo was especially friendly and helpful!

Short menu but all excellent, it seems several available dishes are not on the menu. Don’t hesitate to ask! Staff very helpful for our family with kids and vegan requirements.
