β β β β β Customer service is lacking here. The lady working was pretty unpleasant and tried to pocket 1β¬ by giving me the incorrect amount of change. Luckily I counted it and sure enough I was shorted change. She proceeded to provide a long winded explanation as to why I was short changed. There are better Subways in the ghetto of the US than this. But, that said, my sandwich tasted like subway so there was some redemption.

β β β β β They add veggies and sauces after asking you. But they never mention that you are going to be charged extra. I landed up paying 2 Euros more for a sandwich of initially 4 euros.
Extremely sad to see such strategy to earn some extra change from customers and leave them with such long term experience

β β β β β The lady serving is extremely unpleasant and rude. considering that this is in a tourist area with a majorly of customers beings foreign tourists, a customers lack of ordering in Italian should not be a reason to make one feel unwanted and unwelcome. The sandwich itself was pretty good, but I won't go there again.
