★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! The heating machine didn't work so the room temperature was 16-18 degrees, which for me is very cold in an apartment. There was a bad smell in the apartment (naphthalene smelling) although the host knew she will receive guests with at least 2 weeks before. Very noisy apartment. I won't recommend booking this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpfull hostess! The rooms were clean except for the shower area. Airconditioning works very well, it kept the temperature nice inside. The bed and couch on which you can sleep were really (too) soft. The appartment got a washing machine! The elevator is not meant for the claustrophobic as it can hardly fit two people. When you walk down the stairs the lights may switch off as there is a timer on them. The location was really good. Town centre was close, Subway, McDonalds and a grocery store nearby. You get a glimpse of the Basilica di Santa Maria if you manage to strech yourself far enough out the window. A decent place to stay for a small week.
