Nice, kind and professional. It is not your usual gift shop. Particular and refined objects. The staff then makes this shop a more unique than rare economic activity.

We enter the store and are looking around, and are pointing at things behind the glass (without touching it), and he starts going on and on in Italian that he just cleaned the glass, and ordered us to leave the store. We leave and go to another store nearby, and the same man comes in to tell the owner of this store to "watch out" for us and that we shouldn't be touching things.
