L'appartamento era stupendo e molto luminoso, a due passi dal duomo e in una zona molto silenziosa, perfetto per un weekend rilassante.
Staff gentile e molto competente.
Secondo me uno dei posti migliori dove stare a Firenze! Consigliatissimo!!!
 I was 3 days ago at the apartment "rosa veneziano".
The apartment was gorgeous and very bright, close to the cathedral and in a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing weekend.
Staff friendly and very knowledgeable.
In my opinion one of the best places to stay in Florence! Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out! We stayed at "Art Apartment Uffizzi, Florence", it did not look like the pictures. It smelled absolutely horrible like being in a sewer. There was no degress or ventilation as the window opens up to rotting pipes and garbage in a 5×7ft space in the middle of the building. There was a water leak that soaked the whole living area. We messaged the owner about it and he did not respond. We had to pay to stay at another hotel. Expedia tried to contact the owner for a week to have him refund us and he ignored them them. Big waste of money and unwanted stress during our vacation.

The appartment is spacious and decorated with taste. the equipments are brand new and of top quality. One of our very best experience with hotels / appartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Unit was truly a small apartment, outfitted with a full (but small) kitchen, glasses, etc. Modern and quality finishes were a nice treat. Bed was very comfortable.
Note: it truly is an apartment so it doesn't have typical hotel services (concierge, room service, etc.) However, the bed is made daily and full daily cleaning can be added if desired.
Location is ideal and makes all major Florence sights a short walk. Welcome gift was a nice treat too!
Would recommend this hotel/apartment to anyone, especially those in town for longer go visits.
