★ ★ ★ ★ ★ מקום חדש יפה רק את המפתח צריך לקחת ממלון שנמצא כ2 קמ מהדירה
A beautiful new place only the key should take from a hotel which is about 2 km from the apartment

Merci
Very nice apartment well equipped. Shower with leakproof door and pommel leaking, too bad to have to get the key in a hotel far enough and have not been warned before, it would have avoided going back. The young woman receptionist at the hotel very friendly. Thank you

Structure located in an excellent position of the city, from which you can reach many places to visit. In addition, in front of the apartments there is a metro stop, very convenient for getting around the whole city.
The apartment has everything you could want, plus the cleanliness is impeccable.
The air conditioning and all other services work flawlessly.
Note of merit for maximum compliance with the anti covid-19 rules.
If I were to return to Naples I would not hesitate for a second to choose this structure again.

Apartment in a very convenient position to visit Naples and take any ferries to the islands. The apartment I stayed in was very large, equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, TV both in the bedroom and in the kitchen, iron, even a Covid kit with mask and disinfectant gel). Despite facing a very busy street, it is well soundproofed and you can't hear the traffic.
There is also no longer the problem that I read in the other reviews of having to retrieve the keys from a hotel quite far away, because they made us use an electronic key system that can be used via the app.
Excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are certain things of concern about this apartment complex people should be aware of. We had a serious security breach while we were there. A strange man just walked into our apartment. He apparently had access keys to the apartment complex, he did not knock. He just opened the door of our apartment and walked in as far as the bathroom when he saw me standing in there (without clothes on) he quickly retreated. My husband rang the Hotel Salgar which is the only contact point for these apartments and we waited for them to investigate issue and call us back. My husband eventually called the Hotel Salgar back and was told that the man was evidently another guest at the apartment complex. We never saw him again during our 15 day stay at this place, nor does “being a guest” exclude possible bad motives for doing this. We were asked if we had locked the front door of our room - we had not - for the simple reason that we have never stayed in an apartment or hotel where the front door did not lock from the outside automatically when it was closed but which allowed you to open or answer the door without having to unlock with the key when you were in the room. This is standard fire safety as if you lock the front door from within an apartment you need to find the key and unlock it if there is a fire emergency. Evidently at this complex unless you actively lock you front door while you are in the apartment then anyone can walk in. We have never experienced such a situation before and we have traveled extensively. It strikes us as dangerous in an emergency to be locked in your room but we were also NOT TOLD by the staff that this procedure was necessary. The man who entered our place obviously would have known he had the wrong apartment (our room was down a separate corridor) - he DID NOT KNOCK and just let himself in - so clearly he expected the door to be open or was actually trying the doors of the other rooms to see if he could get access. The staff at the Hotel Salgar were completely dismissive - no apology was offered, no concern was in evidence, and English skills rapidly deteriorated as soon as the complaint and enquiry was made. We found this very disturbing and I found the experience frightening and embarrassing. What happened to us could have been disastrous if we had not been inside the apartment at the time this man just walked in. He could have stolen everything we had and we would have been none the wiser. The thought of dealing with the Hotel Salgar staff in a really serious emergency makes my blood run cold.
You are obliged to pay an extra €30 in taxi fares just to pick up your keys as noone will meet you at the place and the Hotel Salgar is a long walk from where the apartment is located. This is not made clear on the apartment’s advertisement.
The management refused to give us two sets of keys - we have never encountered this before. As one of the keys controlled the air con during extremely hot weather it meant that one person could not go out and leave the other in the room in comfort and that both guests are always obliged to come and go at the same time. Very inconvenient. The drain in the shower was completely blocked within three days of us commencing our 15 day stay, bins downstairs in the foyer for disposal of compostable waste were nearly always locked, no lift and the apartment is on the first floor but this is still 4 flights of stair up because the downstairs level has a very high ceiling. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
They charge an extra €8 per person for a clean towel and €30 for a change of sheets! Even in the cheapest hostels basic cleaning and fresh linen are part if the deal. No attempt is made to make you feel welcome such as some basic orientation. Our room had only the bed to sit on or hard plastic kitchen chairs and one window in the bedroom - the effect was like being in an isolated bunker. Practical (position and basic facilities) but charmless describes this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual flat looks even bigger than the photos and the decor is modern and clean. HOWEVER,
1.
To check in, you have to go to another hotel which is located at around 20 minutes walk from the apartment!
And the reason for that is to take copies of our passports. After that, the hotel offers to call a taxi for us but we need to pay for it!!!? We chose to walk under the hot sun.
The check in time is stated as 2pm in the email, we arrived before 2pm, at around 1:30 pm. However, while we were walking to the apartment with our luggages, the hotel called and urged us to walk quicker as the staff is waiting at the apartment to give the keys to us! How inconsiderate!? And the time of that call was 2pm! Where the check in should just start!
2.
We were in a 2 bedroom flat. The hot water is not enough even for only 2 people! The hot water runs out quickly. It’s definitely not enough for more people, what a pity! My girlfriend had a 5 minutes shower and when I was having shower, hot water ran out in 3 minutes.
3.
There is a washing machine but no washing powder. There is a kitchen with utensils but there’s no dish detergent! This is a short stay apartment, I stayed here for 3 days only! How was I gonna finish the whole bottle of detergent within 3 days? Is this something that the hotel could provide?
Further, they have paid cleaning services(extra for kitchen cleaning). Maybe that’s why they don’t give you anything for cleaning!
A nice flat killed by its poor service.
