L'accoglienza, la gentilezza e l'affabilità di Monica mettono subito a proprio agio. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Un ottimo luogo che consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono immergersi nella città di Napoli con una base comoda e facile da raggiungere con tutti i mezzi. Monica's house is very central: a few steps from the port of Naples and a few minutes from the subway. Monica's welcome, kindness and affability immediately put you at ease. The apartment is small but very welcoming. An excellent place that I highly recommend to all those who want to immerse themselves in the city of Naples with a comfortable base that is easy to reach by all means.

La vicinanza al porto ed al centro (entrambi in meno di 5 minuti a piedi), unita alla gentilezza di Monica che si è prodigata in tutti i modi per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno, ha reso questa mini vacanza davvero rilassante. Inoltre la possibilità di aver potuto soggiornare insieme al nostro piccolo cane è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di un bel week end. Monica's apartment is super functional and comfortable for a few days' stay in Naples. The proximity to the port and the center (both in less than 5 minutes on foot), combined with the kindness of Monica who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant, made this mini vacation truly relaxing. Furthermore, the possibility of having been able to stay with our little dog was the icing on the cake of a nice weekend.

Monica é una persona stupenda, un’ottima padrona di casa. Attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, ti fa sentire a casa e mette tutti a proprio agio. Consigliatissimo, sarà sempre la mia base ogni volta che tornerò nella meravigliosa Napoli! Strategic place, the main points of interest of the city are easily reachable on foot comfortably. Monica is a wonderful person, an excellent hostess. Attentive to customer needs, it makes you feel at home and puts everyone at ease. Highly recommended, it will always be my base every time I return to wonderful Naples!

La location è centralissima . LO CONSIGLIO CI RITORNERO!! I stayed for 3 days in the apartment at number 80 with my girlfriend. the house is small and well equipped with all comforts. The location is very central. I RECOMMEND WE WILL RETURN !!

Arredato in modo estremamente grazioso, questa é la prima cosa che mi ha colpito. La camera é dotata di asciugamani e articoli da bagno nonché cibo per la colazione. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il porto di partenza dei traghetti verso Capri, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Alibus Immacolatella (pullman aeroporto) e a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metropolitana Università. Of our weekend between Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and Positano, this apartment was my favorite. Extremely gracefully furnished, this is the first thing that struck me. The room is equipped with towels and toiletries as well as breakfast food. Convenient location to reach the port of departure for the ferries to Capri, a 5-minute walk from the Alibus Immacolatella stop (airport bus) and a 2-minute walk from the Università subway stop.

t	tim do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. The apartment is completely remodeled with full kitchen, new appliances and air conditioner. It is very clean, safe and centrally located and within 10-15 minutes walk from everything. There are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. There is a metro station that is 500 feet away, and for one euro it can take you anywhere in the city. The host, Monica, is extremely friendly and responsive to your needs. She constantly checked and made sure we had everything we needed. She is the kindest person we had ever met. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Naples.
