★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa in quanto dopo aver prenotato una stanza per un w.e. telefonicamente e con ampio anticipo, a soli 3 giorni dell'arrivo a Napoli ci veniva comunicato laconicamente della indisponibilità della stanza a causa di lavori protrattisi oltre il previsto. Ci veniva proposta una soluzione alternativa in altra zona della città che non soddisfaceva le nostre esigenze. La cosa ancora più strana è stata che "nonostante i lavori" la stanza era ancora disponibile su Booking.con fino al venerdì ad un prezzo più elevato.
Very bad experience as after booking a room for a w.e. by telephone and well in advance, just 3 days of arrival in Naples we were laconically informed of the unavailability of the room due to work that went on beyond the expected. We were offered an alternative solution in another area of the city that did not meet our needs. The strangest thing was that "despite the works" the room was still available on Booking.con until Friday at a higher price.
