Pulizia ed igiene sono in primo piano, la consiglio perché merita I was a guest of speranzella 86 in a weekend, one thing that surprised me a lot was the courtesy, kindness and helpfulness of the owners. Cleanliness and hygiene are in the foreground, I recommend it because it deserves it

Habitaciones nuevas, limpias, luminosas, silenciosas, con cama grande y muy cómoda. Nos sirvieron el desayuno en otro apartamento cercano, con un desayuno variado en dulces, panes, fruta y por supuesto un café exquisito. La dueña de los apartamentos nos preparaba a diario el desayuno. Maria Grazie, una persona acogedora, agradable, simpática y muy servicial, siempre nos ayudaba con las dudas que surgían sobre nuestro viaje. Si algo tenemos claro es que el día que volvamos a Nápoles repetiremos Excellent. Apartment located at the entrance of the Spanish neighborhood in a typical building in the area. New, clean, bright, quiet rooms, with a large and very comfortable bed. They served us breakfast in another nearby apartment, with a varied breakfast of sweets, breads, fruit and of course an exquisite coffee. The owner of the apartments prepared breakfast for us every day. Maria Grazie, a welcoming, pleasant, friendly and very helpful person, always helped us with questions that arose about our trip. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma un po' assente. Impossibilità di fare la 1a colazione(forse momentaneamente), occorrerebbe più attenzione ai dettagli ed essere un po' più presenti. Located in a typical building at the beginning of the Spanish Quarters, spacious, well-kept and recently refurbished, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, but a little absent.
