L’appartamento super confortevole pulitissimo e ben tenuto. Assolutamente raccomandato. Grazie a Francesca e Filippo per la professionalità e la cortesia. Torneremo sicuramente. NON POTETE TRATTARE MALE LE PERSONE CHE COMPRANO COUPON, SIETE VOI CHE DECIDETE DI INSERIRE UN PACCHETTO SU GROUPON!!! ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso all’assistenza Groupon che mi ha appoggiata e che lascerà anch’essa un feedback negativo. MALEDUCATI! Shameful! I bought a coupon, I contacted them several times to fix the reservation but they never answered me politely! YOU CAN'T HANDLE PEOPLE WHO BUY COUPONS, IT IS YOU WHO DECIDE TO PUT A PACKAGE ON GROUPON !!! obviously, I requested a refund from Groupon assistance who supported me and who will also leave negative feedback. RUDE!

Unicamente dal giorno in cui volevano loro e dall'orario che dicevano loro. Fine settimana sempre esclusi. Mai più. Ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso a Groupon! I contacted them several times for a reservation, even well in advance, and they always told me they didn't have availability ... except when they wanted. Only from the day they wanted them and the time they told them. Weekends always excluded. Never again. Of course I asked Groupon for a refund!

Vogliono lavorare solo quando vogliono loro! Non rispondo alle chiamate; ai messaggi rispondono dopo ore e in malo modo. Non hanno cortesia e non vengono incontro ai clienti. Ho chiesto il rimborso e mi è stato dato. Nello stesso giorno ho contattato un’altra spa e ho prenotato per questo sabato!? Da qui si capisce la differenza. Cafoni. Terrible service! If I could put 0 stars, I would put them. They are rude. Zero professionalism and zero availability. They only want to work when they want! I don't answer calls; the messages are answered after hours and in a bad way. They have no courtesy and do not come to meet customers. I asked for a refund and it was given to me. On the same day I contacted another spa and booked for this Saturday! ? From here you can understand the difference. Cafoni.

The hotel is actually a series of rooms spread out over several buildings across multiple blocks and it can be difficult to find your specific entrance or check-in desk. They say that they provide a breakfast service that is delivered to your room, but they forgot about us....probably because we were a few blocks from the main reception desk. Also didn't have working air-conditioning
