★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Cannot recommend this place at all. The waiter was rude when I commented that other customers that arrived after us were served first and there was only 3 tables inside that were occupied including us. So it wasn’t like the place was packed and so they missed us. No wonder this place only has a 3.7 star rating, which actually may be too high for them. Oh and upon leaving the cafe another waiter just pushed his way past us as we were trying to exit. I guess he doesn’t have the manners to wait for customers to exit first then go inside the cafe!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great location with an excellent view to palazzo vecchio at Piazza Della Signoria and the amazing statuary and the Neptune Fountain. Staff were nice, attentive and friendly and the service was really good in spite of the load of tourists. I guess it's a right place to sit, feel amd enjoy the magnificent ambiance of Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what you came to do in Italy! Enjoy lovely foods and drinks at beautiful places in stunning settings! If you’re on a budget, just get a coffee at the bar. The service is friendly and kind. You’re in probably the most gorgeous piazza in Florence, definitely treat yourself. And their bathrooms are superb and pristine! UPDATE: all the treats look great, but they really aren’t. Get a coffee and enjoy the scene, but get your sweets elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there twice. Staff at the terrace attentive and friendly. Excellent view at palazzo vecchio from terrace. Waiters inside however not really attentive - had to order at the counter because none was coming to our table. Pastry good but really pricey. High chair available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the evening and sat outside. Amazing view of the piazza with heaters if it is cold. Hot chocolate was amazing and staff were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pastry and coffee shop right by the piazza de la senorita with exclusive chocolate dishes. The tiramisu is a dream, albeit a bit pricey. The coffee is good but nothing special. Fast and kind service. Very picturesque interior, too. All in all nice chocolate products, top location, but a bit pricey for the quality.

Went for a late night coffee and sweets.
Had a cafe latte and cheesecake.
The cheesecake was excellent.
The coffee was very good.
I liked the sitting area.
The service was very good as well.
Prices on the other hand were on the expensive side.
