★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant for quality pizza and a good selection of beer. Caters to Americans with the selection of hamburgers. Both outdoor seating and indoor with AC. Can accommodate a bigger group. Recommend the IPAs pretty close to West Coast style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brilliant little bar. Has a great beer selection and an almost medieval atmosphere. Like you have stepped into the catacombs. The music playing was great. Pink Floyd. Garfunkel. Stones etc etc. The Italian IPA and Stouts were both excellent.

Great cherry-picked craft beer menu and creative ingredients. If you are looking for a great burger and craftbeer this is the place to go in Firenze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great restaurant and bar! We ate there twice when in Florence. The service and food was amazing. The calzone was one of the best I have ever had. We made friends with the English speaking bar staff. They were like old friends. Fermento has a great beer selection! I wished I lived local! We actually met a few college girls from the US who recognized our southern US accent. It was like hanging with family away from home. Fermento has an outside siting area with umbrellas. Great place for people watching in that great city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I enjoyed a few beers inside on a Monday afternoon while waiting for my in-laws to arrive in town. The service was so good. The bartender/waiter let me taste a couple drafts before deciding and helped me pick out cans that my American hop palate would enjoy. The ambiance inside was also very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent chance to sample Italian craft beer, and have a great burger if you need a little break from the local cuisine. Ordered a straight up cheeseburger which came out with home fries perfectly charred and juicy. Service was outstanding, and the patio is a great place to watch Florence flow by.
