K	Kira Obermeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga Garage is by far the best place to practice yoga in Florence, and maybe even the entire country of Italy! Tess and Guido are gifted teachers, striking the perfect balance between nurturing and challenging their students. The studio itself is gorgeous and extremely clean and well-cared for. Located in the heart of Piazza San Lorenzo, it's the perfect place to find solace and connect with your practice. I came for the class and stayed for their aperitif gathering afterward (they hold one every month - it's the perfect way to meet fellow yogis and tap into the yoga community). This studio is truly a special place and you won't want to miss the experience of practicing here.

Guido’s class was fun and challenging in such a beautiful room. I’ve booked again for Tess’s class on Saturday even if the sun is out! Would def recommend this yoga studio, they provide mats and you’ll feel better for going after over indulging with all the wonderful Italian food. ?

Throughout the class they help you in your poses and making the adjustments needed to get the most out of your practice. I definitely recommend taking a class if you have an hour to spare in Florence and the location is so central!

Not only do they speak in English and Italian, but the ambience within the studio is immaculate. It is very clean and there are mats to rent that go along with a membership or a regular drop in. I have only had a membership there for one month and I have never been this flexible. The instructors are amazing and they are always there to help you and push you.
