M	Martina Rojas Chaigneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had some time off and decided to spend it at the spa of the KLAB in Via dei Conti. I had really a unic and relaxing time. I think is the best place to go when you need some rest. The manager is very welcoming and makes it more valuable!

Very limited machine they have!! Good trainer and very polite people!! Also anybody with shoes can enter in the Spa zone, there is no control!!! In the morning it's a little acceptable!!
J	Jason Pietroski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice gym! super expensive though. 35euros day pass or 60euros for 3 days was what I was quoted. Great option if moneys no problem. Cheaper, less fancy options are available elsewhere and depends on what you are looking for.
A	Alicia Tachmintzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially this place looked OK. So before I was going to join I decided to go and test it out for two days. Initial try out was 10 euros to use the gym. Second day I went they were asking 25 euros just to use the gym!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. They ask a lot for membership per month and on top of that it is required that you pay 50 euros for some kind of card which is extra. The gym is OK, Nothing out of this world, the machines are very good but the lighting is dark and quite a depressing atmosphere. It's fairly clean but I wouldn't say anything unbelievable to ask such prices. It's also a little too crowded for my liking, had to wait 35 minutes or more to use a running machine. Absolutely not worth the money that they are asking they are extremely cocky and not that good to be asking such high prices. Definitely disappointed and after they try to find any opportunity to charge you anyway they can so I decided not to join.

I still would advise to clean better changing rooms (talk about women’s one obviously) especially showers and inside the lockers, cause they are the most dirty parts.also, you need to mind opening hours, even if the closing hour is 7 p.m on Sundays, gym and spa close at 6.30 p.m

I’ve lived here two and a half years and was a member at a different gym before finding this one. This place is hands down the BEST gym in Florence! Location, hours, cleanliness, amenities, equipment, classes! It’s all ON POINT. Gyms in Italy are EXPENSIVE. ALWAYS. So I sign up for a year and am lucky to be able to finance it (they deduct from my account monthly, and yes there is a small fee for this convenience). I was paying €67 per month after the sign up fee and the medical certificate (which ALL gyms require here). I renewed three months early just recently and got 10% off plus no initiation fee. YES it’s relatively small (we’re in ITALY) and YES it’s crowded during peak hours (lunchtime and 6pm) but if you are able to avoid peak hours you’re golden. Lastly, the fact that this gym is connected to a luxury hotel means that it STAYS squeaky clean. I have personally seen the hotel staff wiping for dust on machines and the locker room gets cleaned hourly.
