★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während meines Florenz Besuchs habe ich an einer Yoga Stunde dort teilgenommen. Sehr freundliche Yogalehrerin, die auch während der Stunde aufs Alignment geachtet hat. Die Stunde war hauptsächlich auf Italienisch. Manche Dinge wurden übersetzt und wenn man Yoga Erfahrung hat kann man sich so folgen.
During my visit to Florence I attended a yoga class there. Very friendly yoga teacher, who also paid attention to the alignment during the lesson. The lesson was mainly in Italian. Some things have been translated and if you have yoga experience you can follow suit.

The teachers are fantastic and if you feel like a different experience in Florence and something more local this is a great location. A really good timetable that offers lots of different classes from Power Yoga to a nice gentle Yin class.
