Seguendo un'amica che già faceva yoga da Samadhi, ho scoperto un mondo che credevo fino a qualche tempo fa non fosse adatto a me. Grazie alle maestre che sanno trasmettere calma pur essendo attente a seguirci tutti con competenza, ho ottenuto una maggiore mobilità nel fisico, non più giovanissimo, e più equilibrio nella mente. Ho dovuto sospendere per un po', ma spero di riprendere con loro presto. Consiglio a tutti di fare una prova, poi chissà
A very pleasant oasis of tranquility that I did not think I would find. Following a friend who was already doing yoga from Samadhi, I discovered a world that I believed up until some time ago was not suitable for me. Thanks to the teachers who know how to transmit calm while being careful to follow us all with competence, I have obtained greater mobility in the body, no longer very young, and more balance in the mind. I had to suspend for a while but hope to get back with them soon. I recommend everyone to give it a try, then who knows

È il luogo dove vi sentirete a casa, accolti, soddisfatti, pieni e grati! ❤ Insegnanti di grande livello e di grande umanità e ambiente caldo, sereno e accogliente! Niente di meglio!
