Ma fa molto comodo un ingrosso (si fa per dire) di idraulica vicino a casa. You find many things (which you strictly need with scant courtesy). Siamo a martedì, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere delle informazioni su prodotti di cui eravamo interessati.. una venditrice ha fatto finta di non sentire, l altra ha aspettato che ripetessimo: " ci scusi a chi possiamo chiedere info...." Ci guarda come fossimo alieni.. " bisogna prendere appuntamento, mica venite qui e siamo a disposizione vostra". Va bene, chiediamo di fissare; ci fissano per sabato alle 15:30.. Dico solo che ho buttato il mio sabato pomeriggio! Avevo bisogno di miscelatori bagno, piastrelle e termosifoni, ho trovato una incompetente! non è riuscita a rispondere ai nostri interrogativi, non sapeva la fattura (com erano fatti) i prodotti che mostrava e dopo aver visto più o meno le cose su elencate le chiedo il preventivo delle cose viste per valutare.. risposta? : " Eh ma non si riesce a fare ora ci vuole tempo, non è una cosa che si fa in mezz ora.. resto allibito! Vado via.. non ci metterò più piede in questo posto di incompetenti! Ah dimenticavo la signora è la signora Cindy o almeno sui cataloghi c era il suo nome.. comunque piano di sotto scrivania a sx.. diffidate da queste persone.. se non volete lavorare state a casa.. c è gente che ha voglia di lavorare ed è anche molto preparata Seller passima !!! R	Roberto Ciaranfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto nel dire che l`errore e` mio che non ho verificato se il preventivo fosse stato scritto correttamente.............cmq ci siamo rivolti allo showroom dell`osmannoro di Chiessi e Fedi per acquistare una doccia completa per il bagno e siamo stati seguiti nella scelta dei prodotti da una dipendente di nome Lisa. Io e mia moglie abbiamo spiegato a parole e con foto che la doccia avrebbe dovuto avere l`apertura lato stretto perche` sull`altro lato insisteva il wc e sarebbe stato di ostacolo. Purtroppo finito di fare il preventivo non abbiamo verificato se tutto tornava come da noi richiesto ed alla consegna della doccia abbiamo trovato la sorpresa dell`apertura sul lato sbagliato. Soluzione proposta rendere indietro tutto e pagare una penale del 30/40%............anche no grazie. Morale, non fate come la maggior parte delle persone che si fidano di aver fatto capire bene al venditore cosa volete.............verificate tutto prima di alzarvi ed andare via. Un pezzo che si trova comunemente in qualunque brico/obi a 10 euro. Dopo aver atteso 40 minuti nella fila "privati" (l addetto in questa fila andava via costantemente a servire gli idraulici), al mio turno chiedo il pezzo di ricambio, che appare sul bancone e il tipo mi dice: costa 50 (CINQUANTA) euro. Mollato lì e andato via. CHIESSI E FEDI MAI PIU' E MAI POI. Sensazione chiara da lobby in combutta con gli idraulici per evitare che i privati facciano da soli. VERGOGNA. Bad service. Può capitare...però l'ho dovuto riportare io, non l'hanno sostituito ma fatto riverniciare per ridurre i tempi che ovviamente non hanno rispettato, lasciandomi qualche mese senza riscaldamento in una casa appena ristrutturata col parquet nuovo che rischiava di rovinarsi. Tanto che fretta c'è? Sono dovuto anche andare a riprendermelo perché anche per riconsegnarmelo si doveva aspettare i loro comodi. Sconsiglio vivamente My experience. Dallo showroom al magazzino, dal magazzino allo showroom, praticamente prima di darti una risposta ti fanno fare 18 km a piedi su e giù. Prezzi cari e personale con un bel mix fra arroganza, antipatia e incompetenza. Sconsigliato vivamente! You can imagine to make me want to do a review how disorganized they are. Incompetence reigns supreme. Want to work take me away. Chiamo a casa per farmi leggere la marca!! Riferisco la marca!!! Ok!?! Ma, vengo mandato allo showroom, per fortuna, non troppo distante per poterlo ordinare, vado allo showroom chiedo se è possibile ordinare questo particolare, facendolo vedere e dando il nome dell'azienda!! mi viene risposto di dover andare al magazzino ricambi!! Rispondo!? che venivo da li perché erano stati proprio loro a mandarmi allo showroom!!! A quel punto con aria saccente e quasi scocciata mi viene risposto che per avere quel particolare, sarei dovuto andare all'assistenza specifica, perché pur essendo un semplice e comune pezzetto, sarebbe stato un problema averlo!!! Scocciato ho risposto che erano molto disorganizzati e che a quel punto avrei fatto da solo in altro modo, mi hanno risposto, "ecco è meglio!!" Infatti tornato a casa e cercando su internet ho trovato il kit con 4 cuscinetti a 26€ spedizione gratuita al mio domicilio in 48h!!! Disponibilità e gentilezza verso il cliente!!! 1 STELLA!!!... ...
