N	Nina Dwall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in Florence! Quiet spot, 20 minutes by foot from Santa Maria Del Fiore (Duomo), close to many grocery stores. Studio kitchen with its own kitchen tools, dishes and items of cutlery. Comfortable beds and nice, clean environment . The disadvantage is that it’s close to the riverside and you may have problems with mosquitoes.. I recommend you to keep in touch with hosts to get help when needed, for example if you’re out of toilet paper or need key for the laundry room:)
A	AVM CA Gunaratna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 21 who stayed in these apartments from the 28th to the 30th May. Having arrived there around 2:00 pm and the rooms allocated, we found that in 2 of the rooms the air conditioners were not working. As such, the rooms were really hot and oppressive. To add to the misery, 3 of the rooms located in 3 different floors had to share the same a/c controller. In spite of numerous calls, no assistance came our way till next day. When we continued to call them to find a solution, we very rudely told, why we cannot manage for a day without a/c. Also, the solution given for the non availability of remote controllers was to set the temperature at the most comfortable level till they provide new controllers later on. All in all, a whole day wasted due to the incompetence of the management. The people there should undergo a comprehensive training course in customer care. It is a nice place, badly managed by some obnoxious team of people. Recommend that all facilities be checked in their presence prior to making payments. Once they collect, they are virtually out of sight and absolutely rude.

However, it's located in the periphery of Florence, so that you'll need to walk at least 20 minutes to get in town. On the other hand, there's a pretty italian restaurant located on the ground floor. Bear in mind that you'd need to visit another hotel to acquire the keys!
E	Elpida Siolou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very helpful! The apartment was big, ikea-style and clean. You feel safety as you have code for entrances. The disadvantage was the noise of the road. Lot of noise. Maybe if they replace their windows it could be better. 2,5 km from downtown. We went there with bicycle, owner recommented to us, with mobike app. Very useful . 10 minutes walk from the river and the Park. Definately i recomment it. I put five stars for the noise and for the cleaning, because during our acommodation there is no cleaning and changing of towels and tha clean service was in the price. But when asked him he told ME that. Cleaning is after we left from apartments.
S	Suman Shrestha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the apartment. However it could be noisy during the night if you leave the window open as this apartment is middle of the main road. Only down side of this apartment is they do not have any reception room to welcome the visitor. Staff was waiting for us when we reached the place. If you reach after 7 pm. You will need to pick up the key from the hotel which is miles away from this place. Overall we were very happy with this place.
